Booking System	A booking chart for the following calendar year is circulated in priority order before the owners’ annual meeting. Each owner has a priority for that year, and moves up a couple of places each year: after a year at the top of the list, the owner then starts at the bottom, and after six years the cycle begins again. Each owner can choose two weeks (separately or as a fortnight) in the ‘high season’ (April to October inclusive), and one week in the remainder of the year. By this route, thirty-six weeks are firmly booked before the year begins. Allowing for time for winter maintenance, the remaining fourteen weeks are booked with priority in reverse order to the original chart, so having last choice originally does have its compensations. These extra bookings are confirmed on the first day of the month before the month of the booking.
Priority for school holidays	Up to three designated "special" shares have priority booking of school holiday weeks and pay a higher proportion of the costs than "ordinary" shares thus reducing the other nine shares contributions.

General comments about the boat
Starting at the rear is a semi-trad stern with a side seat on left with two gas bottles under and a locker for mooring pins etc. Below the deck boards a Beta 43 Engine fitted 2013, calorifier, battery bank and access to weed hatch may be found. Down steps into master bedroom with fixed double bed with drawers under, wardrobes and en-suite pump-out loo. A combination Victron 2500W inverter/80A charger was fitted under steps 2012. Passing cupboard containing re-conditioned (2013) Alde gas CH/water heater we have the bathroom (refitted 2015) with a shower, wash basin and main pump-out toilet. Following on past the side hatch we have the galley which is fitted with a stainless steel sink and gas cooker with 4 burner hob, grill and oven. Equipment includes a 240V toaster and microwave, 12V fridge, pots, pans and china (replaced 2013). An overhead glass cabinet divides the galley from the dinette (re-furbished 2013), which coverts to a double bed, two stools are available to seat six around the table. The saloon at the front has a traditional multi fuel stove, a wardrobe and 2 arm-chairs that convert into single beds. Freeview TV, DVD (replaced 2015) and radio. Full width double doors at the front open to the well deck area with cushioned seating, a folding table and storage lockers. The water tank is in the bow.

Launched in July 2003 as part of the Ownerships fleet then Managed by BCBM and then ABC, Kinver is now self managed. The boat has been very well maintained with regular servicing and full annual maintenance, blacking and painting where necessary. The engine was replaced with a Beta Marine 43 in August 2013 a 2500W/80A inverter/charger was also fitted that year to help maintain the battery bank. New batteries fitted (2016). The very friendly and co-operative syndicate decided to self-manage from October 2014 as we felt we had enough experience, time and know-how between us to take Kinver into her next decade of canal and river cruising.
