Booking arrangements
There are two lists of owners - one for the high season from 01/04 to 30/09 and one for the low season from 01/10 to 31/03.
Each year everybody moves 2 places up the high season list and 2 places down the low season list.
The booking secretary invites the first on the list to pick their weeks then moves on to the next person on the list.
Special holiday arrangements
Generally owners are willing to move around but there is no guarantee if you don't have early picks.  It can be argued that retired couples are also grandparents and sometimes may wish to take their grandchildren on holiday during school holidays.  H

Phoenix is a 57' semi-trad, fixed double, an excellent Pullman dining table converts into a very comfortable second double bed and there is a convertible double settee in the saloon. The bathroom includes a spacious shower cubicle and pump out WC. The boat has diesel central heating and a solid fuel fire. Side doors are installed opposite a well kitted out galley. There is good storage on board and the boat is generally well kitted out for cruising.
The boat is managed by a committee of the owners who oversee the work of another owner who for a small honorarium has accepted responsibility for the boat's maintenance and upkeep and his wife keeps the books, pays the bills and looks after the approximate £9000 (12*£750) annual budget.
