Other shares in this boat are either "Red" (peak) or "School Holiday" The "Red" and "Yellow" weeks are allocated first. For each colour, the owners pick according to a rotating preference list. Owner 1 picks first, Owner 2 second and so on. For the following year, the owner that picked first for each of the lists goes to the bottom of the list and everyone else moves up one. For the remaining weeks entitlement, all the owners both Red and Yellow are on the same list. The picking order of the owners is reversed, so that those that picked last first time round, pick first for the remaining weeks. The first owner in the "Red" list picks first, followed by the first owner in the "Yellow" list, second owner in the "Red" list, second owner in the "Yellow" list, third owner in the "Red" list, etc. A 1/12th share owner picks one week from the remaining "Red" and "Yellow" weeks and one week from the "Blue" weeks. That all sounds quite complicated when written down but in practice it does work really well. |

Semi-trad configuration with light
oak interior. Webasco diesel CH and a multi-fuel stove. The saloon at the bow has a fixed sofa (convertible to a double bed) with a flat screen TV (Freeview and satellite) and DVD player. Separate radio/CD with speakers throughout the boat. The dinette is an L shape (convertible to double bed) with a 12 volt pull out freezer under the seating area. The U shaped galley comprises granite worktops, full size fridge, gas oven with separate grill, hob, dishwasher, microwave and a side hatch. The bathroom has a full size shower enclosure, vanity unit and pump out WC. The bedroom has a fixed 4'6" double bed, wardrobe storage and built-in washer/dryer. The semi-trad stern has built in lockers and plenty of space for socialising. The boat has a fully equipped inventory. |

WD is a really well equipped boat: dishwasher, washing
machine, microwave and well equipped galley. WD is also
equipped with a comfortable 4'6" fixed double bed. A real
home from home.
There is a friendly bunch of co-owners, most of whom we meet at the yearly AGM. They all look after WD well and the boat is always spotlessly clean and tidy when we pick it up. |
