Booking System	Each shareholder gives their choices of weeks (two weeks in each Quarter/season) and also the weeks they cannot use, to the Chairman who then translates the various requirements into an acceptable program. To assist the Chairman each shareholder gives a 1st and 2nd priority list of weeks of their choice.

General comments about the boat
This 57ft Semi trad was launched in July 2007. It is owned by a private syndicate. It is a 'reverse layout' with the galley at the stern leading past a 4-seater dinette into the saloon area. Followed by a bathroom with shower leading onto the bedroom at the bow, which has a fixed standard double bed. Services include diesel powered full central heating, feature wood/solid fuel stove, electricity via a Victron inverter, high capacity vacuum cassette toilet, 12volt fridge, gas cooker and flat screen TV. The current syndicate members have also kitted the boat out with all essentials for independent cruising. Although pets are allowed there is a restriction to only one dog aboard which cannot be large in size e.g. Labrador size maximum, to be agreed by syndicate members.

General Comments by vendor
Beaulieu is shared by six helpful & experienced shareholders. Currently we are continually cruising with members co-operating to help each other with re - positioning cars to pick up the next occupant. The system works well & allows all members to experience a wide variety of canal & river cruising. Several items have been replaced since 2015 including the two lounge chairs, the calorifier (hot water tank), fridge, TV, batteries, alternators and new stove pipe and fittings. Beaulieu looks like "New" following her recent re-paint and we are sad to be selling at this time. We have travelled the canals and rivers extensively over five plus years and thoroughly enjoyed our time on Beaulieu. Owners may bring a dog but only up to the size of say a Labrador, some members have dogs and there have been no issues. If the new shareholder completes before November they have the opportunity to choose their weeks.
