On board facilities include a
comfortable saloon with seating for six with radio/CD player and
built-in speakers plus television/DVD player linked to on deck
satellite dish. The galley has full sized gas oven/grill/hob with
standard sized fridge, microwave oven, cold box and ice maker. The
two cabins have double beds with luxury "memory foam" mattresses and
en-suite facilities. Dining options are provided in the saloon (4
people). Al-fresco at the bow accessed by French doors from the
saloon (2/4 people), and on the upper deck (4/6 people) protected
from the sun by a retractable and waterproof bimini. Ample storage
is available throughout all areas of the boat. Juniper has recently undergone a wiring upgrade to provide a comprehensive 12V and 220V electrical system along with a safe, burglar and gas alarms and new hot water tank heated by both the boats engine and 220V immersion. A piped warm air diesel powered heating system quickly takes the chill of those early spring and autumnal nights. Steering positions are both in the saloon and on the upper deck. There is a comprehensive inventory to ensure a relaxing lifestyle afloat whether cruising, berthed, cooking or sleeping either in port with mains power or bankside on 12V system. Moissac is around 60k north west of Toulouse international airport, and is on the Bordeaux/Toulouse main line railway. |

We own 100% as the previous shareholder of 1/3 as retired from boating due to changed circumstances. Although the retired shareholder owned a 1/3 we would consider a 50% share at a pro-rata price. |
